Verify your I Own Her edition
Every Premium and Collector tier ships with a holographic Certificate of Authenticity (COA) that is paired to the artwork via a unique QR code and serial ID. Use the steps below to confirm that your piece is genuine before you frame, insure, or resell it.
- Scan the QR printed on the COA seal or the back plate of your framed print.
- Check the serial shown on the certificate (format: IONA###-P### or IONA###-C###) matches the artwork title and tier on this page.
- Confirm the buyer of record by entering your purchase email when prompted or by contacting our concierge team.

What to include in your message
- High resolution photo of the COA and the artwork signature area
- Order number or proof of purchase (screenshot of checkout, invoice, or gallery receipt)
- Your preferred contact details so we can send the authentication response
Need help with damaged or missing certificates?
Contact the Collector Concierge immediately at ops@360saas.cloud. Provide the artwork title, tier, delivery date, and any supporting imagery. Replacement COAs will only be issued once the original claim is validated.
If your piece was purchased from a partner gallery or reseller, please include proof of provenance and any transfer paperwork so we can register the new owner in our ledger.
