Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

1. Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

• Standard Delivery: £4.99 (Free on orders over £4.99). Delivered within 3–5 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or similar.

• Express Delivery: £12.99. Delivered within 1–2 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD.

• Order Processing: Orders placed before 12 PM Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

2. International Shipping

• Europe: Starting from £15.99. Estimated delivery: 5–10 working days.

• Rest of World: Starting from £19.99. Estimated delivery: 7–14 working days.

• Customs & Duties: Please note that for international orders, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or local customs fees.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

4. Missed Deliveries

If you are not available to receive your parcel, the courier will typically leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your item from a local depot.

5. Lost or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
